madame_enjolras, so go visit me there! This site is for all my random icons...I'm not too good, but I'm absolutely obsessed!
Main point things:
1. I make both bases and customized icons. Feel free to take either/customize my bases.
2. Credit is nice but NOT necessary. ^^ Linking back to me is also nice...as is leaving a comment to show you care. However, I don't make it a rule.
3. I only have Microsoft Photo Editor, Paint, and Windows 95. Therefore, I don't have many good fonts or editing programs. Thus, my icons aren't as good as many other people's. Which is why it would make me even happier if you liked some of mine! *g*
